Do you offer free advice?
Whilst we do not offer a free advice service we do offer and pride ourselves on our one hour advice services at very competitive rates. You are able to obtain a one off appointment for just £100 plus VAT.
Do you offer visits?
Yes, we do offer offsite visits. Whether you require our assistance at home, in hospital or any other location, we do our very best to accommodate all our clients and their personal requirements.
Am I able to get public transport to the office?
Yes, our offices are located just 7 minutes walk from Purley Station and 20 minutes by British Rail from London Bridge or Victoria.
What are your opening hours/ do you work weekends?
Our normal office opening times are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM until 17:30 PM. Our offices are closed on all public holidays.
Do we offer legal aid?
No, we do not offer legal aid.
How long does a property transaction take?
Whilst every transaction is different, we aim to complete within 6 to 8 weeks after our initial instructions. This is dependent on how fast information is provided and the position the other side is in.

We are happy to accept the following methods:
• Cash up to the value of £1000.00.
• Bank Transfer (please call and request our details).
• Visa Card Payments and Master Card payments.
• We do not currently accept American Express.
